Reputable and well established commercial construction firm located near Galleria/Cumberland seeks to hire a Project Manager with experience in commercial interiors.

Due to a retirement this company is looking to hire a Project Manager to handle estimating, overseeing the project from start to finish, work with superintendents in the field as needed, and conduct weekly project meetings. Company specializes in commercial interiors, primarily office and industrial tenant build-outs, and industrial projects usually include concrete work for docks and parking expansions along with heavy electrical. Strong communication skills needed as you'll be dealing directly with customers, architects, etc.

Projects range from exclusive law firm offices to medical and educational facilities, corporate headquarters, high-tech facilities and data centers, industrial and manufacturing space, and building core renovations. This firm enjoys a reputation for delivering on-time and on-budget projects. Qualified candidate will possess several years experience in commercial interior project management coupled with a Bachelor's degree.
